After you complete this 12 hour online course there are many different ways to go through the certification.

The two year program is more evenly paced to where you
can go through courses at a pace which is more relaxed.
An individual graduating from this program will have
Personality Masteries and all five of the areas within the
5/30 Grid. You will also receive group coaching, mastermind
groups, and have a personal mentor who can assist you with
any questions you may have. All of the above resources
included in this intermediate program.
Recommended Participation Time
One to two hours are recommended a week. One hour a
week in training and/or one hour a week in a mastermind
group or a group coaching is recommended. The
expectation is that within 60 to 90 days that you would
three hours back for every one hour invested.
Leadership
If you need assistance in the area of Leadership then there are a couple of different Leadership programs you can go through. Your MSP Mentor will assist you in determining which one is best for you to start with.
Referral Partnerships
Did you know that the average person on the street knows 250 people and the average business owner knows over 5,500. Imagine ... have systems in place to develop referral sources through business owners to bring mutual benefit to all.

There are two options to achieving your MSP.
Option 1:
Go through each course, one at a time, at your own speed.
Option 2:
Sign an agreement for a year or more and go through as many courses as you wish in that period of time.
Option 1: Three Levels
If you choose Option 1, you are not committed to any time frame to complete the process. One weaknesses of this option is that individuals will have great intentions but will often not follow through well. You will also invest more time, more money, and it will take you longer to produce results/profits if you go with option 1.
You will invest more money over the long term if you choose Option 1 rather than choosing a package program. You will also miss out on a number of the special training sessions, tools, and systems which only come with the package programs. To be in this program you must choose to do one in one coaching or in a mastermind program. One is required.

An individual graduating from this program will have Personality
Masteries and all five of the areas within the 5/30 Grid. Your
MSP mentor will create a company MSP plan to hit targeted sales
/profit numbers, one on one phone support, group coaching, and mastermind groups are all included in this advanced program. An individual has one other advanced elective course/area of expertise
to choose from each year. Individuals in this program are invited to
special webinar events with special speakers and guests who will
to bring additional insights into various systems, training, and
mentoring in the program. Additional tools and systems are also
available at this level as well.
Recommended Participation Time

receive specialize high-level advanced one on one coaching, group coaching, and mastermind groups, all included in this advanced program.
Individuals at this level are exposed to all the new technology,
knowledge, and resources years in advance of anyone else in
the marketplace. After two years of advanced MSP training,
individuals may be asked to be on the faculty and may be invited
to co-author a book and contribute to new IP being developed and deployed which can be another revenue stream for the individual.
Individuals in this program are invited to special webinar events
with special speakers and guests who will help to bring additional
insights into various systems, training, and mentoring in the
program. Additional advanced tools and systems are also available
at this level to be tested prior to anyone else in the world being
offered these resources.
Four Year Program
$1,985/month
The four year MSP program is the most advanced and
comprehensive of the four MSP designation / certification.
This high level program is designed for a professional who
desires the best of the best and never settles for anything less.
Individuals who invest roughly $100,000 into this level, over a
four year period of time will usually look to have it generate well
over $250,000 in that same time period.
Recommended Participation Time
Four to six hours a week are recommended. Two to three hours a
week in training, one hour a week in mastermind, one hour a week
in group coaching, and one hour a week in leading a group coaching
or mastermind experience is recommended. The expectation is that
within 120 days that you would produce six hours back for every one
hour invested.
Leaders at this level will learn to leverage their own networks as well
as others to generate a large number of business opportunities as well
as networks of potential partners which empower this individual to say “Yes” to every opportunity and still have an extra 20 hours a week of
extra time that they do not even know what to do with.

Use Of The MSP Designation & Resources
As soon as you complete the first course, Personality Masteries Level 1 certification, you may represent yourself as a MSP with all the privileges which are bestowed upon those in the program.
Code Of Conduct
The real power of the MSP are the graduates and the knowledge, the application of that knowledge i.e. wisdom, and then the integrity that comes along with that. The simple Code Of Honor is required for all applicants to sign and live by.
Any client working with a MSP may register a complaint against a MSP. There is a panel of peers which would review any complaints and make a recommendation of action to be taken. If the situation is serious enough, a persons MSP designation will be removed and they will be discontinued from the program. There is no refund for any fees paid. There is no future obligation to pay future fees.
The value of the MSP is really in the brand. The brand is built based on all the powerful knowledge, tools, systems, training, and mentoring which comes from within the certification program. The respect of the brand is maintained in the marketplace based on the core values for all those who hold the MSP and how well they make money for their clients based on their recommendations
All Programs
To be accepted into any of the programs, individuals must complete an application and a three phase acceptance process. Phase 1 is a survey to determine how well you are doing within your own business for the 5/30 Grid. There are no right or wrong answers as we are mostly looking to determine if you were accepted into the program, what the order of the training modules would be.
Phase 2 consists of additional assessments to best determine precisely what type of program would be created specifically for you. Phase 3 is a phone interview with a certified MSP consultant to answer any questions, ask you any remaining questions, and if applicable, to congratulate you on being accepted into the program. They will also help you get started right away with the first module.
Application Fee
The application progress is extensive and includes a number of assessments and reviews. The $495 application fee is refundable if you are not accepted into the program. If you are accepted into the program but do not join, the application fee is forfeited.
Contract
If you are accepted into the program and decide to join in the MSP program, you are required to sign a contract for whatever time frames for the program you are choosing to pursue.
Quick Money
When we say “Quick Money” this is not to say that this is “get rich quick scheme” as it is not
anything close to that.

Often, individuals who are skilled in marketing will recommend products, services, solutions and resources which increase the number of leads coming in the door.
When we are effective in getting more leads in the door, the owner of a company will be excited and pleased . . . in the short term. Why only in the short term?
When we, as MSP's, recommend solutions which produce more leads, we will learn to look much deeper. We will learn to look at the quality of the lead and the quality of the sales systems and/or skills of the sales force.
It's not unusual that a company is converting leads which are a quality of an “8” but are NOT able to convert leads which are “7” in quality.
The lower the quality of the lead the higher the quality required for the system or the skills of the sales force.
When we learn to build a more powerful sales system we learn to convert more of the leads, without increasing costs and/or people resources.

This is the fastest way to learn and implement the 5/30 Grid. A detailed business assessment is completed from which a 12 month customized plan is created. Mastermind groups
Individuals gain the most from a Mastermind group when they have a written personal/business plan, have one on one coaching, and have the resources to quickly implement and take action on what they have learned. Mastermind groups can be local or worldwide. The most effective Mastermind groups seem to be those which are 30 to 60 minutes in length, done over the phone/webinar, and have some base curriculum which the group learns and applies together.
Mastermind groups can be centered around interests, business opportunities, professions, industries - CPA's, causes - stopping child trafficking, groups of people - churches/community groups, etc.
Group coaching
Group coaching is designed to coach a group of people in a similar topic, practice or skill and then work together to master that skill as a group. Mastermind groups may employ some group coaching to effectively move the group along a mutual path of success faster. Group coaching is used a great deal in learning and doing the 5/30 Grid as well as learning other types of business practices.
Online learning
Online learning is the most flexible of all coaching, as it can be done 24/7. The flexibility is both it's greatest strength as well as it's greatest weakness. Often great group coaching and even some Mastermind groups are captured with technology, for others to go through at their convenience or at a later time. Individuals can leverage online learning to learn and grow much faster.
When online learning is used with One on One coaching, Mastermind groups, and group coaching, it will accelerate the learning/doing process and give it a multiplier effect. Online learning requires the most discipline to do and do consistently, and most individuals struggle with staying consistent with online learning due to the flexibility and trying to do it on our own.
