The following is an outline for this package. Once you are accepted into the 
program a more detailed program outline we be provided to you. You will also 
provided with your own online account and directions on how to get 
started right away.

You, as a student,may rearrange the order for your MSP certification if you 
believe are in need of specific training in specific areas and/or your marketplace
 or clients would benefit from specific areas of focus within the program.

The following provides information on the most advanced four year MSP training program. The one year program 
will go through 2 years of content, in one year, whereas the two year program will only get through 1 year of content.
One is not better than another, but they are very different.

The speed at which we learn will often dictate the speed we implement, and the speed we implement, when done 
properly, will largely determine the speed we start to obtain results. A large part of the investment into MSP is the 
mastermind and group coaching sessions which bring the material alive in a new and exciting way.

The MSP certification provides you with the education - experience - network - tools and systems to build Business Operating 
Systems (BOS) for you and other businesses and organizations. When we have a strong BOS we end up owning a company 
rather than owning a job and are in a position to help others do so as well.

The MSP is really more of a journey rather than a destination. Like with most things in life, “The more we know, the more we 
know we don't know.” The more knowledge you gain the more capability you will have to “DO” something with that knowledge. 
 The more you “DO” the more deep knowledge or wisdom you will have.
What does every successful company have in common? They have a Business operating system. What does every 
franchise owner within McDonald's have in common? “They TRUST the INTEGRITY of the SYSTEM!”
All training is online. Any representation of material is presented to assist you to understand what you 
will be receiving through online training only. No materials will be sent to you as you will have access to 
everything 24/7 directly online.

1-Mastermind and/or group coaching sessions will be held a minimum of twice a month.

2-Tools such as the CEQ will be introduced throughout the course. These tools are designed to help in specific ways to accomplish better results with less time/effort.

3-100% of what is taught is designed to be used/implemented as soon as you learn it. There is nothing that you will learn that you will be able to apply in some way.

4-You will complete one lesson a week, discuss the following three things online, in a blog or chat room, and/or in g
roup coaching, and/or in a mastermind session.

           i.   What did I learn from the lesson.
           ii.   What action will I take from the lesson.
           iii.  What do I need to learn next.

5-Very strong emphasis is given on taking action not just learning from the classroom, which provides head/surface 
knowledge, but deep knowledge which can only be learned by doing.

6-To maximize your learning while minimizing your time, much of the application of what you learn will be applied to 
the daily activities you are currently doing. This will save you a great deal of time and better leverage what you are 
currently doing.

If you have struggled in the past with follow through the MSP is designed to help you overcome that challenge through 
your MSP Mentor as well as the group coaching, mastermind, and other tools, systems, and resources/networks. You
will take action and follow through as your MSP designation will help you earn a lot more money, work less hours, have
 less stress, and have a very balanced life.

Do you struggle with having enough time to do all the things you want, desire, and/or need to do? Have you ever heard? 
“If you want to get something done, give it to the busiest person.”

 not able to stay consistent with 6 minutes a day on doing something which could give you an extra 20 hours a week, then

Did you know that one word, strategically placed, could double your business? Most individuals do not believe this could 
be true. If we deeply understand the Pressure Point Analysis Principle, which will help us to know specifically what actions 
we need to take to achieve our goals, we would quickly grasp the concept of where one word could double our sales.

This is actually Box 2: Develop & Deliver A Message within the 5/30 Grid, fleshed 
out. As we get to know the 5/30 Grid better, we start to better understand not only 
the simplicity of the 5/30 Grid but also the depth we can go within everyone of the 
boxes within the 5/30 Grid.

If we are using email marketing, and we change just one word in a subject line, we 
could double our email open rates, which would double the number of people 
clicking through, which would double those who raised their hands, which would 
double the appointments set, which would . . . double our sales.

The book you will need to purchase for this class is “Made to Stick” by Chip Heath 
and Dan Heath. As we go deep within this box in the 5/30 Grid, we learn deep skills
in communicating precisely to people, to help them see, hear, and
feel our message.

Depending on your specific needs for the MSP program, you may choose a different order to you go through your MSP certification. 
 Work with your MSP Mentor if you have any questions as to which courses you should take first.

While the content within MSP is not extremely complex, it does take dedication and discipline to not only learn - Head Knowledge - 
what we need to learn, but also to DO what needs to be done. We need to go through the course at a pace where we can immediately
apply what we are learning. If we do not immediately apply what we are learning, we will lose most of the knowledge base we have 
gained within three months.

Deep learning comes from DOING and when we DO, we will start to gain a great deal more from the training than if we were to just 
go through the course. As a result of being in a mastermind group, bouncing things off each other, and vice versa, together, we can 
accomplish far more than we ever could on our own.

Detailed Year Two Course Outline

As we drill deeper into the 5/30 Grid we start to have a stronger appreciation for the the foundation of Year 1. Without question, 
those who go through year 2 will say, “Knowing what I know now, I would have paid closer attention to what I learned in Year 1.” 
 The stronger you apply Year 1 knowledge, the greater ease of learning and implementation you will have in Year 2.

We start out in Year 2, Quarter # 1, with Area 2: Pre-Sales. Many, if not most companies do not separate Pre-Sales and Sales. 
 This is a mistake as not only is Pre-Sales very different from Sales, but it actually requires different personality traits to be 
successful. What you learn in Phase 1, Year 1, Personality Masteries - Level 1 Certification, will be critical to gaining deep 
understanding, quickly, as you go through this course.

PCS is designed to drill very deep into box 5 within the 5/30 Grid. Box 5 may be the 
most challenging of all the boxes as it requires deep knowledge of all five areas and 
really, all 30 boxes.  

This is a course you may choose to go through once a year, every year. When we realize that the average business only converts 1 
out of every 10 leads they generate, we recognize as MSP's, that one of the fastest, if not the fastest way to grow our business and 
help others to grow, is to help companies improve their sales closing ratio rather than increase the number of leads.

Think about it . . . if we can help most businesses convert just 1 more lead out of 10, we can double their sales, without any additional
leads, people, costs, effort, time or dollars. If you want to really impress a company, this very likely is the fastest way to do so.

WHY?

Most individuals who know how to sell, actually know it at such adeep level - Unconscious Competence 
that they often do not know how to teach others, much less build a system on how to sell.
For most companies, this is the hardest of the five areas to put a system in place for. This short course, which lasts for a 
quarter, will not make you an amazing sales professional or even give you the full capabilities to build sales systems . . . 
but it will give you the ability to start to really learn how to do so.

This of this as course in MSP as the starting of a very exciting journey in learning how to do something at a conscious

Most companies look at Servicing as a cost center rather than a profit center, which is actually why it is a cost center. 
Many companies invest a lot of training, coaching and mentoring into Marketing and Sales but leave out Area 2: 
Pre-Sales and Area 4: Servicing.

That is a tragic mistake because when implemented properly, a MSP will help you take servicing and help this area produce more than Marketing, Pre-Sales, and Sales . . . COMBINED. To see this type of success we're going to need to invest more into the people who do the servicing to empower them and to give them the proper understanding of their true value to the organization.

When we learn to turn our Servicing into a profit center, we will generate more and better leads, connect with the sphere's of influence for all our clients, we will convert more leads into sales, and will create more referrals from the Raving Fan experience we create AND will create client for life types of relationships.

Year 3

In Year 3, we finish off the 5/30 Grid with Area 5: Client For Life. Client For Life is very unique in that, if any of the 
other five areas are weak, we will know it very quickly. If we do not market, we won't have any leads. If we do not 
do pre-sales or sales, we will not close any sales. If we do not service our clients they will let us know very quickly.

If we're missing Area 5: Client For LIfe we are losing hundreds of thousands and probably millions of dollars . . . 
and . . . we will NEVER get a bill for those lost opportunities.

After the first quarter of Year 3, we will have completed the 5 areas as well as the 30 boxes within the 5/30 Grid. 
 We will have the foundation for Leadership development covered and with the proper leadership operating system, 
the DNA for understanding people, Personality Masteries - Level 1 Certification - and the DNA for business, the 5/30 
Grid we have got our BOS - Business Operating System all operational.

In Year three we will also expand now into reaching a lot more people with our life vision/story and seek to gain 
leverage of tools and systems to double our income while reducing the number of hours we work. Can we have 
such a powerful BOS that we actually only work 30 hours, 20 hours, 10 hours, or do we actually ever 
have to work again?
